    I’m so relieved to hear his words, they’re so true. We need to practice vulnerabilty, it is vital. Thank you for putting this up here. It has really helped me feel more human and it’s also helped me to connect with what I know to be true. I realise now that I am very ‘shame based’, and feel more comfortable saying that. I’ll watch this again x x x x
